Web Creative Director
Updated on November 2, 2009. Location – Downtown San Antonio, Texas. No off-site or freelance proposals will be considered.
Gray Web Technology + Design is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Web Creative Director. Candidate must have at least 5-8 years experience in website and/or interactive. The Web Creative Director must have a comprehensive design resume and a willingness to work with a team of web designers, programmers and technology marketing experts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for hands-on development, creative direction and oversight of an existing staff of designers and developers. This position will be required to direct, manage and delegate projects, along with providing account service team with recommendations and oversight on the production flow. The candidate must be an excellent designer, a team player and a highly competent manager and leader. Traditional Print Designers and Illustrators are welcome ONLY if competent web portfolios also accompany overall portfolio experience.

Web Production Specialist
Updated January 13, 2010. Location – Downtown San Antonio, Texas. No off-site or freelance proposals will be considered.
This position is primarily responsible for: assisting the design department with new site builds, upgrading existing sites, assisting other employees with CSS and HTML coding questions, and maintaining existing sites.
Candidate requirements: - Intermediate CSS/XHTML skills
- Experience with Photoshop up to at least CS2.
- Proven experience slicing designs and recreating them in CSS/XHTML.
- Basic experience with asp.net master pages.
- Understanding of how to troubleshoot CSS browser display issues for IE6, IE7, FireFox, and Safari.
- BONUS - Basic understanding of SQL Server databases is a plus.
- BONUS - Basic understanding of enterprise level Content Management Systems is a plus.
Education: Bachelor Degree Preferred
Minimum 3 Years of Experience
