Associate Web Developer

This position is primarily responsible for creating, adding and updating content, graphics and multimedia elements to new and existing websites.
Candidate requirements: - Intermediate level CSS/XHTML skills
- Experience with Photoshop up to at least CS2
- Ability to make professional and consistent design decisions.
- Ability to reproduce client content in a table-less CSS format.
- Ability to produce consistent text design specifically for online legibility with regard to padding, line spacing, font style, font color, etc)
- Information design skills (ability to take large blocks of content and organize them into user-friendly layouts within a page.)
- Ability to produce banner ads that match the original design direction given by the Creative Director or Web Designer.
- Basic understanding of enterprise level Content Management Systems is a plus.
- Understanding of how to troubleshoot CSS browser display issues for IE6, IE7, IE8, FireFox, and Safari is a plus.
- Basic Flash skills are a plus. (creating simple transitions, buttons, etc.)

Interactive Media Traffic Coordinator

This position: - Reviews daily schedules with the Account Services, Production and Creative Departments.
- Communicates job requests and changes from Account Executives to the production staff
- Revises schedules and distributes a Weekly Status Report and daily Hot Sheet listing the most pressing deadlines for the day to ensure all departments are advised of schedules and job progress.
- Expedites all crisis jobs. The majority of work should flow through Account Services on a reasonable, scheduled basis.
- Acts as the first level of quality control for work completed by production.
- Notifies Account Executives of materials or information needed from the client to finish scheduled projects.
- Keeps Account Executives informed on the status of all work in progress within the production department
- Conducts weekly traffic meetings involving personnel from relevant departments.
- Recognizes and immediately communicates problems affecting job quality, due dates and costs to Account Executives.
- Forwards completed jobs to the Account Executives who, after review, close the job.
Candidate Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience as a project/traffic coordinator. Preferably in an agency, design studio, or in-house communications team.
- Must have had previous direct reports (1-3 people minimum).
- Must have an understanding of the interactive production process.
- Must have an understanding of the creative development processes for online and offline communications
- Must possess top-notch interpersonal, listening, scheduling, and negotiating skills
- Must have experience using project management tools.
- Must have expert knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Social Media Coordinator

Web Production Specialist [Updated]

This position is primarily responsible for: assisting the design department with new site builds, upgrading existing sites, assisting other employees with CSS and HTML coding questions, and maintaining existing sites.
Candidate requirements: - Intermediate CSS/XHTML skills

- Proven experience slicing designs and recreating them in CSS/XHTML.
- Basic experience with asp.net master pages.

Web Designer

This position is primarily responsible for the graphic design of websites and website elements. This includes the design and construction of content areas of each website using a CMS application interface and HTML/CSS. Selected employee will perform the following duties: Design detailed layouts for websites providing excellent design work which competes with the latest trends, integrate content into database driven websites using a CMS interface and design information areas and navigation elements for maximum usability.
Candidate requirements: - Ability to make professional and consistent design decisions.
- Expert-level use of Photoshop is required (up to at least CS2). This includes the use of Photoshop’s various tools, blending layers, adjustment layers, etc. This does not include over-reliance on instant effects such as “bevel.”
